Often, work takes precedence over everything else in our lives. Our desire to succeed professionally can push us to set aside our own well-being. Creating a harmonious work-life balance or work-life integration is critical, though, to improve not only our physical, emotional, and mental well-being, but it’s also important for our career. In short, work-life balance is the state of equilibrium where a person equally prioritizes the demands of one’s career and the demands of one’s personal life. The purpose of this study is to understand the determinants of work-life balance in Malaysia setting.
1- To conduct the survey by using the designed questionnaire with at least 100 participants. (participants must be Malaysian working adult and 22 years and above).
2- Submit a report which includes the following:
a) Abstract
b) Introduction
c) Literature on work life balance
d) Data Analysis
Keep all evidence of data collection for the verification purpose. (12 marks)
e) Managerial Recommendations: Provide your recommendation which is supported by your data analysis.
f) Limitations and Suggestions for future market research
g) Presentation Video with slides
