1. This assignment aims to fulfil:
a) ESSAY: CLO3 – Evaluate ethical leadership practices in the business

2. The marks allocated for the essay is 25%.
3. The length of the essay should be at least 2000 words, using Arial / Times New Roman font 12, 1.15 line spacing.
4. Instruction:
Using real leaders from business organizations as examples, evaluate the
leaders’ leadership, whether they are ethical in using their power (Chapter 6),
and conform to the world–class leadership practices (Chapter 7).
➢ Examine real business leaders provided in Chapter 6 as examples.
➢ Evaluate the leadership effectiveness demonstrated by the leaders.
➢ Assess the ethical considerations in their use of power, referencing Chapter 6.
➢ Analyze how these leaders align with world–class leadership practices outlined in Chapter7.
➢ Provide specific examples and evidence to support your evaluation of each
leader’s effectiveness and adherence to ethical and world–class leadership
principles.
