As a graduate student, you need to be familiar with research and publication as part of the contribution to the corpus of knowledge in tertiary education. The assignment is divided into two parts. In part 1, you are required to write an article related to motivation in the area of educational administration. In Part 2, you need to prepare creative PowerPoint slides.

• You are required to write an article related to the theme of motivation. You should well organize your article writing and include the following components:

1. Title
2. Introduction – definition of motivation, background
3. The importance of motivation among teachers/employees
4. Strategies to enhance motivation among teachers/employees
5. Conclusion – draw a conclusion
6. Reference APA style 7th edition – references should be between 3 and journals/articles/books and follow the APA style

• Based on the above assignment in Part 1, prepare creative PowerPoint slides. Your Powerpoint slides need to be uploaded separately from your Part 1 assignment in the myINSPIRE submission system. Your PowerPoint slides mark will be based on the given assessment rubric.
