TASKS:

  1. Develop a prototype application for data processing (e.g., calculations).
  2. The title can be extended from the assignment or a new title as long as the title proposed is relevant to your field of study.
    a)  Industrial Sciences and Technology field.
    b)  Engineering fields such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronic, Manufacturing and Chemical.
    c)  Technology
  3. The title should be submitted by 13 DECEMBER 2024. You may consult with your academic advisor or any expert in your field of study for problem identification.
  4. The project must include:
    a) A complete design in the form of a flowchart.
    b) ONE (1) multi selection structure.
    c) ONE (1) nested repetition structure.
    d) TWO (2) user defined functions with any desired functionality
    e) ONE (1) user defined functions with array manipulation for numerical calculations
    f) ALL user defined functions must be in individual files (Applicable to Python Programming only).
    g) ONE (1) built in function from the library for numerical calculation
    h) TWO (2) array implementation with ONE (1) array manipulation.
    i)  TWO (2) file operations (input and output).
    j)  ONE (1) data visualization graph (Applicable to Python Programming only).
  5. Use the programming language as per your section/group.
  6. Document any additional library packages used in comments within your code.
  7. Attend the Q&A session for verification; failure to justify answers will result in zero marks.
