MGT7998E Factors of influencing Student’s Intention Choices of Private Higher Education Institutions in Klang Valley Malaysia: MBA PROJECT Thesis Assignment, Malaysia

The objective of this research proposal is to examine the various aspects that impact student satisfaction and their selection of higher education establishments in Malaysia. The study will use a quantitative method approach, collecting comprehensive data from a diverse sample of current and prospective students through the use of questionnaires. The literature review’s preliminary findings suggest that important factors that influence students’ decisions include campus amenities, tuition costs, academic reputations, and administrative services.

But this research looks at these variables, analyzing how they interact and how important they are in relation to one another. The potential of this research to inform higher education institutions about the crucial elements that influence student satisfaction and allow them to modify their approaches to better meet the needs of their students is what makes it significant. The ultimate goal of this research is to improve business strategies, competitive advantages, higher education experiences, and institutional resource optimization.
